Your new role will involve supporting the financial controller with month-end processes, management accounts, financial reporting, and control procedures. You’ll be preparing journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation postings, and intercompany reconciliations. Manage the accounting ledgers for the firm's service and UK entities, including monthly recharges. You will also be responsible for the management of the monthly end-to-end payroll processes in Ireland and the UK for 150+ staff using Micropay. Along with this, you will perform balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and review general ledger activity. You will ensure compliance with Law Society Regulations and maintain strong client account controls.

To be successful, you’ll need to have a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in a similar finance role. Experience within the legal or professional services sector is highly beneficial. Part/fully qualified ACCA or equivalent is advantageous. You will have experience processing payroll, strong knowledge of financial control processes and reconciliations, and excellent communication skills.

You will be offered a salary based on your current experience of up to €65,000. You will get the opportunity to be part of an exciting team of ambitious finance professionals.
