  • Provide oversight for setting out, QA, record keeping, and engineering deliverables
  • Coordinate and manage temporary works and lifting operations
  • Mentor and guide site engineers and graduates
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and safety protocols
  • Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans, method statements and risk assessments
  • Identify and resolve technical queries and RFIs
  • Drive timely close out of non-conformances and maintain robust documentation

What You'll Need to Succeed

For the role, it is expected that you possess;

  • You will have experience in construction site engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role

What You'll Get in Return

Working for this main contractor comes with a mix of professional development, strong company culture, and practical perks that many employees appreciate. Here's a snapshot of their benefits.

  • Hourly paid staff will be paid for each hour worked on site. This is a great perk and your hourly rate will depend on your relevant experience, and it will be as high as €55:00 per hour
  • The company emphasises values like care, integrity, and excellence, and fosters a collaborative, inclusive environment.
  • Staff enjoy up to 26 days of annual leave, early finishes on Fridays, and flexible working arrangements in some departments.
  • They invest heavily in employee growth through structured training programs, mentorship, and opportunities to work on high-profile projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
  • While some roles can be demanding, many employees highlight the company’s efforts to support well-being and personal development.
  • You will have exposure working on some large-scale landmark projects with a pipeline of work for the next 10+ years.
