Your new role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of electrical building services systems across a range of projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading electrical design from concept through to completion on multiple projects

• Preparing detailed design calculations, specifications, and reports

• Coordinating with mechanical engineers and other disciplines

• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers

• Engaging directly with clients and contributing to project meetings

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

• Significant experience in building services design within a consultancy environment

• Strong technical knowledge across electrical systems (power, lighting, etc.)

• Experience delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, or life sciences

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

• Progression towards or attainment of Chartered Engineer status is desirable
