EHS Manager - Residential Developer in Dublin

As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team and champion a safe, sustainable, and compliant working environment across all projects.


Your new role

As the EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of their EHS strategy. Supporting multiple construction sites across their portfolio, you will ensure full compliance with Irish legislation, industry best practice, and internal standards. This role suits a proactive, solutions-focused EHS professional who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and is passionate about driving a positive safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ EHS experience within construction or residential development.
  • Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, HSA Diploma, Level 7+).
  • Strong knowledge of Irish construction safety and environmental regulations.
  • Proven experience with site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Understanding of environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive safety culture.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and with site teams.



What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years’ EHS experience in construction or residential development, with a recognised H&S qualification (NEBOSH, HSA Diploma, Level 7+).
  • Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, environmental compliance, and EHS best practice.
  • Skilled in site audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and managing EHS documentation and reporting.
  • Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to influence positive safety culture and build strong relationships across site teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, capable of working independently and collaboratively.


What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary up to €90,000 which will depend on your experience and background, along with an annual bonus, company pension contribution, healthcare, fully expensed company vehicle and a fuel card. 21 annual leave days + all public / bank holidays off. Company sponsored and expensed events throughout the year. There will be opportunities for career progress and development within.
