Your new role

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Driving commercial analysis to influence strategic decisions
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights
• Business partner with the wider business on finance budgets.
• This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in a product-based industry such as retail, manufacturing or FMCG would be preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities are a plus.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to deal with senior leaders – someone chatty, bubbly and positive would fit in well.

What you'll get in return

You will be rewarded with an excellent salary of up to €80,000 plus a 10% bonus.
