You will be joining a fast-paced operations team in Santry. This role sits at the intersection of luxury hospitality, major events' coordination, and customer care excellence. You will manage a busy corporate inbox, ensuring VIP clients, corporate executives, and high-net-worth individuals receive flawless service.
If you thrive in high-pressure, rapidly shifting environments and possess elite inbox management skills, this role offers the perfect platform for your operational talents.
Your new role
- Efficiently manage, prioritise, and clear a shared inbox, receiving up to 600 emails daily, ensuring zero dropped bookings or missed requests.
- Handle incoming requests from corporate executives and VIPs with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Working closely with a dedicated Dispatch Team in the day-to-day operations.
- Input and manage intricate travel itineraries with 100% accuracy under tight time constraints.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience managing hundreds of daily emails within logistics, emergency dispatch, 5-star hospitality coordination, premium airlines, or corporate travel.
- Previous experience coordinating logistics, guest transport, or client relations for large-scale corporate functions, entertainment events, or high-profile gatherings is highly valued.
- An impeccable, professional corporate tone suited for luxury brand representation.
- A calm, methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving when operating in a dynamic or urgent workspace.
- Sharp multiscreen handling skills and rapid typing speeds; experience in scheduling software is a major asset. We have our own bespoke software booking system.
- Must be based within a reliable commuting radius of Santry for the 3 required on-site days.
