Your New Role
As a Senior Civil Engineer (Roads & Transport), you’ll lead the design and delivery of transport infrastructure projects across both public and private sectors. From road layouts and junctions to mobility planning and traffic impact assessments, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping sustainable transport solutions. This strategic role also involves mentoring junior engineers, engaging with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of the transport team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Honours Degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering (Level 8+)
• Chartered Engineer (or close to chartership)
• 10+ years’ experience, with at least 5 in an Irish consultancy
• Strong knowledge of TII, DMURS, and NTA standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D desirable) and traffic modelling tools (e.g. Picady, Arcady, Oscady, Transyt)
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with leadership potential
