Senior Change Manager - Hybrid-Dublin

What you'll be working on
This is a senior role where you'll be leading and overseeing major strategic change programs focused on improving systems and processes across your new company. This includes managing cross-departmental project teams, both internal and external, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational priorities. You’ll drive transformational change, embed continuous improvement, and ensure benefits realisation is built into planning and execution.

Who you'll be working for
You’ll be joining a key Government Commercial Semi-State Body tasked with delivering social and affordable housing across Ireland. Your new company is a fast-growing organisation with a strong culture of integrity, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll report directly to the Head of Transformation and be part of a dynamic team of around 160 professionals.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • A third-level qualification in Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • At least 10+ years’ experience in senior change/project management roles within similar organisations.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex situations, prioritise effectively, and lead independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with project management tools is a plus.
What you'll get in return
You’ll be joining a high-impact organisation with a strong mission and a collaborative culture. In addition to playing a key role in shaping Ireland’s housing future, you’ll benefit from:
  • A defined pension scheme offering long-term financial security.
  • 25 days of annual leave, supporting work-life balance.
  • A bonus scheme recognising your contribution to strategic outcomes.
  • Flexible working options, with 2 days WFH.
This is a senior leadership opportunity within a fast-growing semi-state body, offering both purpose and progression.
