Our client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical and detailing skills to join a growing team and contribute to a range of exciting new projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the detailed design and delivery of architectural projects
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements
- Manage day-to-day project tasks and report to the Project Architect
- Prepare and submit planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation
- Attend client, design team, and contractor meetings
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Support adherence to planning, building, and health & safety regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- 8+ years' experience working in an architectural firm.
- Proven experience in technical design and construction detailing
- You will be proactive with strong initiative and motivation.
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Irish Health & Safety legislation is essential.
- AutoCAD with Revit experience is desirable.
- Full driving licence and access to your own car as the role requires frequent travel to sites as required.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
