Your new role

Our client is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical and detailing skills to join a growing team and contribute to a range of exciting new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the detailed design and delivery of architectural projects
  • Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements
  • Manage day-to-day project tasks and report to the Project Architect
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, tender packages, and construction documentation
  • Attend client, design team, and contractor meetings
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Support adherence to planning, building, and health & safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have a degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years' experience working in an architectural firm.
  • Proven experience in technical design and construction detailing
  • You will be proactive with strong initiative and motivation.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Irish Health & Safety legislation is essential.
  • AutoCAD with Revit experience is desirable.
  • Full driving licence and access to your own car as the role requires frequent travel to sites as required.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
