Your new company

Our client is a multi-award-winning studio and one of Ireland’s leading architectural practices. Their work is guided by a belief that architecture should be purposeful, enduring, and deeply connected to its context. Their portfolio is diverse in scale — encompassing education, residential, stadiums, sporting centres of excellence, places of worship, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, and commercial projects across both the public and private sectors. The studio is defined by a culture of collaboration, a place where ideas are openly shared, skills are continually developed, and talent is nurtured. This collective approach ensures every project benefits from the insight, experience, and dedication of our entire team.

Your new role

  • Lead the design process across all phases of the project
  • Maintain ongoing client engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and liaise with the Design Team at every stage.
  • Develop project delivery programmes, plan resource requirements, and communicate needs to the Directors.
  • Ensure full compliance with the client’s brief, Irish Planning and Building Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and other relevant statutory requirements
  • Provide leadership and direction aligned with the values and standards of the practice.
  • Supervise support staff throughout the project, with regular review of resource allocation
  • Assess team and individual strengths, identify development needs, and implement appropriate training or support
  • Manage projects to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Travel to other offices and project sites as required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle

What you'll get in return

  • Opportunity to work on award-winning and purpose-driven architecture
