Your new role

As a Senior Architect, you’ll take full ownership of projects from concept to completion, with the autonomy to lead your own department and build a team of 4–5 architects. You’ll work across a mix of commercial and residential developments, supported by a wider network of professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
This role is ideal for someone ready to transition into an Associate Director position, with the authority to hire, manage, and grow a team under your leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver projects independently
  • Manage client relationships and project teams
  • Recruit and mentor a growing team (4–5 hires planned)
  • Collaborate across disciplines within the wider group
  • Use tools such ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD to deliver high-quality design solutions

What you'll need to succeed

  • Part III Qualified Architect with 7+ years experience (RIAI OR RIBA qualification required)
  • Proven ability to lead projects and teams
  • Strong technical skills in ArchiCAD, Revit, and AutoCAD
  • Experience in both commercial and residential sectors
  • Ambition to grow into an Associate Director role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
