Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the client across multiple infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with developers, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Monitor infrastructure, construction work, quality, programme, and compliance.
- Carry out inspections and oversee testing and commissioning activities.
- Review technical submissions, method statements, and quality documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues while protecting the client's interests.
- Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, specifications, and regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 8+ years' experience across utilities, infrastructure, water, wastewater, or civil engineering projects.
- Strong experience in construction supervision, inspection, and quality assurance.
- Excellent stakeholder and developer management skills.
- Chartered status or progress towards chartership desirable.
- To have your own available transport.
What you'll get in return
In return for this, you will work on some m ajor national infrastructure projects, mainly large residential developments.- Your experience will determine your salary. This is up to €95,000 for the right person.
- You will have 26 days annual leave, work a 37-hour working week and have 1–2 days per week working from home.
- You will receive civil servant mileage for travel purposes.
