What you'll be working on

In your new role as a Scrum Master, you will be working closely with the product team ensuring the quality and reliability of your new complex company software products.

You will be working with an ambitious and driven team across the EU supporting and guiding the company to scale up and securing the quality of the product.

Your new company is a vibrant startup based in the heart of Dublin that is collaborating with leadership clients and is currently expanding at a fast rate.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you need to be an expert Agile Scrum Master able to guide the Agile Scrum processes, making sure that the Scrum framework and Agile principles are executed to perfection. You need to be able to transmit and establish the Agile practices, values and rules.

You will need to be tech-savvy with a passion for technology, a Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum master, with excellent skills in Jira and Agile PM tools. You will need the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Previous experience working in a start-up or smaller organisation will give brownie points!
