Your new role

As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of five Sales Executives, driving performance across new and used vehicle sales. You’ll be responsible for setting targets, coaching the team, and ensuring deals are structured effectively. This hands-on leadership role involves strategic planning, team development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across all three franchises.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a management role.
• Proven success in a multi-franchise dealership is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• A full, clean driving licence.
