Your new company

A leading organisation in the vehicle leasing and fleet management sector is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join its Sales & Marketing team. This role is integral to supporting the sales function through efficient coordination of vehicle orders, customer onboarding, and the administration of ancillary products and services.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and work closely with internal teams, customers, and third-party suppliers to ensure a seamless and professional service experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle ordering and customer onboarding process.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery and collection with customers and support drivers.
  • Provides administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of SLAs, customer reports, tender submissions, and handling general customer queries.
  • Support pricing and rebate administration in collaboration with the Risk Manager.
  • Oversee the administration of ancillary products such as EV charging solutions, fuel cards, and toll tags.
  • Assist with outbound sales activities, including the distribution of promotional materials.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office-based role, ideally within a sales or automotive environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (formal qualifications desirable).
  • Self-motivated with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical proficiency.
