You’ll be joining a Retail Valuations Centre of Specialisation with operations in both Cork and Dublin. The organisation plays a central role in supporting lending decisions through robust, well‑governed valuation processes. The team operates on a hybrid model—three days onsite on an initial 6‑month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Your new role

• Operations Team You’ll manage the full Internal Monitoring Test (IMT) operational cycle, maintain valuation tools and databases, support governance requirements, and coordinate workflow across the function. This path suits someone who thrives in structured, high‑volume environments and enjoys ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately.
• Valuations Team You’ll prepare and review valuation reports, apply valuation methodologies aligned to RICS/EVS standards, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for those with experience in property valuation, credit, commercial real estate, or financial analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in operations, compliance, risk, data management or a background in property valuation/credit/real estate
• Ability to work effectively within structured processes and governance frameworks
• Confidence collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing high‑volume tasks
• Familiarity with valuation standards (RICS/EVS) is a plus for the Valuations pathway.
