Residual Value Analyst – Dublin (Hybrid) | €55K | Permanent

Your new company

A leading international financial services provider with a strong presence in the automotive sector is seeking a Residual Value Analyst to join its Dublin-based FP&A team. Known for innovation, data-driven decision-making, and a collaborative culture, this organisation offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic projects.

Your new role

As a Residual Value Analyst, you’ll play a key role in forecasting and maintaining asset values for vehicle finance and leasing products. Working closely with the Residual Value Manager, you’ll analyse market trends, manage vehicle data, and support the development of AI-based forecasting tools. You’ll liaise with internal teams and external data providers, contribute to risk provision calculations, and help shape pricing strategies for new and existing vehicle models. Occasional travel and hands-on engagement with vehicle launches may be part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A third-level qualification in Automotive Management, Data Management, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex data sets
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Experience in reporting, risk analysis, or controlling—ideally in finance or automotive
  • A genuine interest in vehicles and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude
  • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Business Objects, or similar is a plus.

What you'll get in return

  • A permanent role with a salary of €55,000
  • Hybrid working model (2 days in-office, including Thursdays)
  • Exposure to European-level processes and cutting-edge forecasting systems
  • Opportunity to work on strategic projects with real business impact
  • Supportive team environment and potential for occasional travel and vehicle testing
