Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert, legally compliant HR advice and coaching to line managers
- Managing and resolving employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
- Conducting HR audits and driving best practice people management standards
- Supporting absence management and other key compliance processes

- A proactive, self‑starting mindset with strong organisational skills
- The ability to influence and coach managers at all levels
- Full driving licence and access to a car, with flexibility to travel regionally
Retail or multi‑site experience would be highly advantageous.

In return, you’ll receive:
- A competitive salary from €40,000 per annum
- Generous annual leave allowance, increasing with service
- Employer‑matched pension contribution
- Life assurance and employee assistance programme
- Staff discount and access to high‑street discount schemes
- Enhanced family‑friendly benefits
- Recognition awards and long‑service benefits
