Recruiter – 6 Months FTC – North Dublin
Your new role

Partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll deliver effective, timely hiring solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Your responsibilities
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice and market insight
- Proactively sourcing candidates through direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, talent pooling and networking
- Developing pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles
- Managing requisitions, compliance and data accuracy within the ATS
- Producing regular recruitment activity reports and updates
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in either in‑house or agency recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Hands‑on experience using an ATS (Workday experience is advantageous)
- A track record of successful direct sourcing and pipeline development
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
