Your new role
You'll be joining a well‑established aviation and maintenance organisation with a strong performance‑driven culture that values collaboration, trust, and high standards. In your new role as a recruiter on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment life cycle across the business. Partnering closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you'll deliver effective, timely hiring solutions while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Your responsibilities

• Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of roles
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice and market insight
• Proactively sourcing candidates through direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, talent pooling and networking
• Developing pipelines for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles
• Managing requisitions, compliance and data accuracy within the ATS
• Producing regular recruitment activity reports and updates

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in either in‑house or agency recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Hands‑on experience using an ATS (Workday experience is advantageous)
• A track record of successful direct sourcing and pipeline development
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
