Reception | Temporary Assignment | Dublin City Centre

Your new company

Your new company is a well-known not-for-profit organisation in Dublin's city centre. It is well served by public transport, including Dublin Bus and LUAS. They are looking for you to join them on a temporary basis as a receptionist.

Your new role

As part of your new role, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will manage a busy phone line and inbox. You will be responsible for making sure the reception area is kept in good order, along with handling all post and deliveries. You will be responsible for ad-hoc administrative duties as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your role, you must have previous experience as a receptionist. You must be a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. You must be open to working on a temporary basis.
