Receptionist and Administration for a Busy Construction Company

Your new role
As a Receptionist & Administrator, you will manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle calls, and oversee office supplies. You will be involved in ordering supplies, scheduling training sessions, maintaining records, and liaising with internal teams and external providers. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support to the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1–2 years of administration experience
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- A strong background in Excel.
