With over three decades of experience, we are known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial developments throughout the Cork area. We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Sales Administrator.

Your new role

As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will be responsible for greeting guests professionally and directing them appropriately. You will manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring messages are routed efficiently and accurately. Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area will be part of your daily routine, along with coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are properly set up. You will also handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, manage office supplies, and place orders when necessary. Additionally, you will provide basic administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. In this role, you will support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations. You will process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all necessary information is recorded and maintained. Keeping customer databases and sales records up to date will be essential, as will assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis. You will liaise with internal departments such as finance and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Following up with customers on enquiries and providing excellent service will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also manage and organise sales-related documentation and perform other administrative tasks to support the sales team’s objectives.
