Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a large-scale residential build project based in Cork. You’ll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project from procurement through to final account. This includes cost control, subcontractor management, valuations, and reporting. You’ll work closely with site teams and senior management to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience in a QS role within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and contract law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software.
