Your new role
This company is a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality residential, commercial and restoration projects across Dublin, Louth and Monaghan.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role offers full involvement across live projects and pre-construction, with strong opportunities to develop within a busy contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tenders, estimates and procurement schedules
  • Manage subcontract enquiries, comparisons and orders
  • Prepare monthly valuations, variations and cost reports
  • Administer subcontract accounts and payment processes
  • Support PMs with buying, budgets and contract queries
  • Measure works, maintain site records and track costs
  • Coordinate RFIs, drawings and technical information
  • Attend project meetings and assist with commercial reporting


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying (or related discipline)
  • Contractor experience desirable (approx. 2+ years)
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction processes
  • Strong Excel skills; Cubit / estimating software experience an advantage
  • Practical mindset, comfortable on live sites
  • Ability to manage workload and communicate clearly with site teams
  • Full, clean driving licence
