Your new role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects from early design stages through to completion. Based in Dublin, you’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Duties include:

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in a QS role.
  • Strong understanding of Irish construction contracts (e.g., Public Works, RIAI).
  • Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Membership or working towards membership of SCSI or RICS is desirable.
