Your new company

You will be joining a well‑established, global organisation operating within a highly regulated environment. The business places strong emphasis on quality, safety, confidentiality, and professional standards, with robust processes and systems in place to support operational excellence. This is an opportunity to provide short‑term, critical support within a high‑performing team during a busy period.

Your new role

This is an 8‑week temporary assignment requiring immediate support. You will take ownership of specific quality‑related processes and provide essential administrative and systems support to internal teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating data within Quality IT systems
  • Supporting data mining activities and producing basic insights
  • Providing administrative support to project teams (e.g. digital or process improvement initiatives)
  • Working with a high degree of discretion while handling confidential information
  • Adhering to all relevant environmental, health & safety and dignity at work standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally, 5 years’ relevant experience in an administrative, quality, or systems‑driven role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured, process‑focused approach
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential), with good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Experience entering and maintaining data within IT systems
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work effectively in a short‑term, fast‑paced assignment
Desirable:
  • Experience using enterprise IT systems such as SAP
  • Familiarity with LIMS or other quality/lab information management

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive hourly rate reflective of your experience, alongside the opportunity to start immediately in a clearly defined 8‑week temporary role.
