Quality Administrator | Dublin 11 - Fully On-site | 7 Month FTC | €32,000-€36,000 DOE

Your new company

As Quality Administrator, you will join a leading sales, marketing and technical services company who strive to assist healthcare providers achieve optimal clinical outcomes. Your new role is conveniently located in D11, a fully on-site role. Your new company wants you to join on a 7-month basis with a view to extension.

Your new role

As Quality Administrator, you will join the quality and compliance team. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage product complaints, maintain a product complaints log, and communicate details of complaints to the relevant departments and regulatory bodies.
  • Support product recalls / notifications, maintain a product recall / notification control sheet and communicate details of Field Safety Notices to the relevant departments and regulatory bodies.
  • Liaise with Senior Management, Commercial, Customer Service and Warehouse Managers in reviewing and improving processes, standards and delivery of specific projects as required.
  • Assist in the successful completion of quality audits, including supplier, ISO and HPRA.
  • Generation of KPIs, reports and minutes for Quality meetings.
  • Ensure product compliance with EU legislation, MDR/IDVR, GDP & PV regulations, and requirements.
  • Assist with organising and recording training regarding the quality system, applicable standards, and regulations across all departments.
  • General administration and ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in an administrative position. Any experience working within quality or as part of a project group/project management is desirable. You will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. A keen eye for detail and multitasking skills are essential. Strong IT skills, including MS Suite, are required. Experience working with quality management systems is advantageous
