Hays has been retained to recruit a QA Site Administrator for our client, who work on the design and build of timber frame buildings.

Your new role

This role involves travelling to multiple building sites to oversee the quality of construction of timber-frame buildings.

Responsibilities include:

• On site inspection of timber frameworks.
• Log site visits and complete inspection reports including photo and text records of all stages of timber frame house build and upload to a cloud-based system.
• Liaise between site, factory production, and design office.
• The role will also include office-based preparation of the elements required for the TF installation and QA system.

What you'll need to succeed

• This person will ideally have some site experience but if there is a QA background this will also be considered.

• Ability to work on own initiative.

• Good communication skills.

• Full cleaning driving license essential. Safe Pass is a distinct advantage.
