Office role with an early start in Co Mayo

Ou client is a family-run business in Co Mayo specialising in Mechanical, Engineering and Structural Steel services.
Your new role
We are looking for an Office Allrounder/ Purchasing Admin to join their team on a full-time basis. Providing support to all staff and teams, you will be a self-starter, team player and enjoy early morning starts!
- Sourcing and Selecting Suppliers: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiating Contracts: Engaging in negotiations to secure favourable terms and pricing for goods and services.
- Processing Purchase Orders: Managing the purchase order process to ensure timely acquisition of materials.
- Maintaining Supplier Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable service and support.
- Tracking Inventory: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods to meet organisational needs.What you'll need to succeed
MUST have availability to start at 7:30am - 5 days a week
A good attitude and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Sage
- Previous experience in administration or purchasing or sales admin roles
- Full work rights - No sponsorship available
What you'll get in return
Annual salary between €30 - 35k, early finishes and career progression.
