Property Manager - €30,000 - €40,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

Salary: €30,000–€40,000 DOE + Fuel Card
Location: Dublin South West
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:5

You’ll support day‑to‑day property operations, assist with tenancy and client management, and gain exposure to sales, lettings, and property management processes. Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of property lettings, viewings, and inspections.
  • Handle tenant and landlord queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Support the preparation of documentation such as tenancy agreements, property listings, and valuation reports.
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate property records.
  • Liaise with contractors and organise maintenance work where required.
  • Contribute to marketing activities, including online property listings.
  • Provide administrative support to the broader property management and sales teams.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Basic computer literacy (email, CRM systems, Microsoft Office).
  • Previous property experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Full clean driver’s licence (fuel card provided).
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
