Property Administrator (Entry-Level Opportunity)
Your New Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality administrative service to the Property team, including managing correspondence (phone and email), maintaining accurate records, and responding to information requests in a timely manner.
- Assist the team with research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making and project delivery
- Prepare presentations, property reports, and marketing materials to support the development and promotion of property solutions for clients
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior team members on strategic initiatives and projects
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports, briefing documents, and updates for senior leadership and governance forums, while tracking progress and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Support the administration and monitoring of contracts and service agreements relevant to the department
- Assist in tracking and reporting on sustainability initiatives and performance targets within the division
- Develop a strong understanding of internal processes, compliance requirements, and procurement procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and workflows within the team
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably required by the Property Manager
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Previous admin or office experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and a positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team player with a flexible approach
