Property Administrator (Entry-Level Opportunity)

Your New Role
An excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to start or grow their career in a professional office environment. You will support a busy property team, gaining hands-on experience in administration, coordination, and project support.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality administrative service to the Property team, including managing correspondence (phone and email), maintaining accurate records, and responding to information requests in a timely manner.
  • Assist the team with research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making and project delivery
  • Prepare presentations, property reports, and marketing materials to support the development and promotion of property solutions for clients
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to senior team members on strategic initiatives and projects
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports, briefing documents, and updates for senior leadership and governance forums, while tracking progress and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Support the administration and monitoring of contracts and service agreements relevant to the department
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on sustainability initiatives and performance targets within the division
  • Develop a strong understanding of internal processes, compliance requirements, and procurement procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and workflows within the team
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication
  • Undertake additional duties as reasonably required by the Property Manager

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Previous admin or office experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a flexible approach
