The company is involved in various large-scale works in many areas, including the pharmaceutical sector. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager. Candidates from a general construction background or a mechanical / electrical background will be considered.

• Supervise/manage a team of direct and subcontracted staff
• Liaising with senior management within the company
• Representing the project's interests at daily and weekly client meetings.
• Monitor and document job site safety and accident prevention
• Construction Planning & Scheduling
• Material & Equipment – procurement and expediting
• Mechanical systems coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
• Supervision and coordination of subcontractors’ installations
• Quality Control
• Planning and overseeing the commissioning & validation of the plant and mechanical systems
• Project Closeout including hand over of completed safety file
• Experience in mechanical services
