Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and govern the Tech & Digital workstream within a broader platform programme. This role involves close collaboration with the Workstream Business Lead and Programme Manager to ensure successful delivery of workstream objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee workstream activities to deliver business outcomes efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to project methodology, managing change control and quality assurance.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives and provide actionable insights to governance forums.
- Communicate key outcomes and recommendations to senior stakeholders across functions.
- Maintain and update detailed workstream plans and RAID logs.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with programme goals.
- Prepare and present regular status reports and financial/resource inputs.
- Support programme-level reporting and contribute to PMO activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in project management within digital or technology programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with project governance and reporting processes.
