Project Manager Asset Management

Your new company

Here at Hays Life Sciences, our Pharmaceutical client in Cork is hiring a Senior Project Manager Asset management.

As part of the Engineering Project Delivery Team, this contract position is responsible for the execution of strategic multidisciplinary capital projects.

Your new role

  • Lead the delivery of strategic Engineering projects on time, on budget & in accordance with all project & business Safety & Quality goals.
  • Scope new projects, estimate costs, secure capital approval & manage project budgets
  • Accountable for project schedule, progress reporting & Risk Management
  • Project Resource Management
  • Update & influence management and project stakeholders as required
  • Coordination of project interfaces with other projects and departments

What you'll need to succeed

  • Third level qualification in Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Science.
  • At least 8 years' experience in industry, of which not less than 3 years in pharma/medical device industry and 3 years in a project management role.
  • Experience of delivering engineering projects within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • API manufacturing experience
  • Qualification in Project Management
