• Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor progress, quality, and cost control across all phases of the project.
• Provide leadership and direction to site teams and junior staff.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with a Tier One contractor.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in one or more of the following sectors: residential, commercial, industrial, or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work across Dublin-based sites.
