Your new role

  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Ensuring there is high-quality work being performed on site
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapting work as required
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects and management
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plans
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction.
  • Developer or residential building experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
  • Ability to manage all aspects of the development from an office and site perspective
