Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of a major data centre project located in Europe. You will lead the project from mobilisation through construction and commissioning to final handover, ensuring that all programme, cost, quality, and safety objectives are achieved. The role carries full responsibility for site operations and requires strong leadership in a fast‑paced, technically demanding environment.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage key subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with design, commercial, and planning functions to manage change and mitigate risk. Acting as the primary client interface, you will provide clear reporting, maintain strong relationships, and proactively resolve any issues that arise. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to wider business objectives by supporting continuous improvement initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven record of successfully delivering complex construction projects, ideally within the data centre, mission‑critical, or high‑tech sectors. You will have strong technical knowledge and a clear understanding of modern construction methods, sequencing, and logistics in constrained or highly regulated environments.
You will be a confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of driving high performance across diverse teams and cultures. A relevant third‑level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, along with solid commercial awareness and experience managing large budgets. Flexibility to work abroad and adapt to international project demands is essential for this role.
