• Leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment.
• Overseeing health & safety compliance and risk management across all phases of the project.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in project management within the Irish construction industry.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Irish building regulations, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel).
