Your new role

As Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary transportation projects through all phases, including feasibility, optioneering, planning, detailed design, tender and construction.

The role includes full project ownership—technical, contractual and commercial—while also providing leadership and direction to project teams. You will prepare and administer contract documents, manage client relationships, and develop tender proposals and bids for new work. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, developing project plans and maintaining risk registers, budgets and programmes.

You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality transport solutions across Ireland.

Strong postgraduate experience in a consultancy environment.
Chartered Engineer status or close to achieving it.
Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary transportation projects (roads, Active Travel, public transport, public realm).
Experience preparing, updating and managing Project Execution Plans, programmes, budgets and risk registers.
Strong knowledge of contract documentation and administration (Public Works Contract or NEC).
Experience leading projects across all lifecycle stages—from feasibility through to construction.
Ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams and make effective project decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong client engagement skills and willingness to develop new relationships.
Awareness of emerging technologies and industry best practice.
Full driving licence.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a competitive salary and access to a comprehensive suite of benefits covering health, wellbeing, lifestyle and financial supports. The organisation encourages hybrid working, flexible arrangements and opportunities for international mobility. You’ll benefit from strong professional development pathways, including structured training and support tailored to your career goals. The company fosters an inclusive, supportive environment where employees can grow, thrive and build long‑term careers.
