Construction Project Manager (client side) - €42k - €75k DOE

Your new company
A leading construction specialist who deliver warehouses, stores and offices nationwide. With a clear cut plan to continue to grow in the Irish market, they require a Construction Project Manager to be based out of their offices in Dublin & carry work out across Leinster.

Your new role
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the management of the construction process from start to finish. We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate and collaborate in a positive and professional manner with all stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a construction related degree / discipline in either Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Engineering with at least 3+ years post graduate experience in a Construction Project Management related role. You will possess strong oral and written communication skills and be detail orientated. Proficient IT skills, particularly in MS packages. A full clean driving license is essential to travel between projects.
