Project Lead (HVAC Engineer – F-Gas)
Salary: €65K + Company Van + Fuel Card + Annual Leave + Pension Plan
Your New Company
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in HVAC and F-Gas certification to support the delivery of mechanical projects across Ireland. This role is ideal for a hands-on HVAC/AC Engineer (5+ years’ experience) looking to step into a more project-focused position while remaining technically involved.
Your New Role
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and service teams, the Project Lead will play a key role in coordinating HVAC project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. The role combines technical expertise, site coordination, and client-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of HVAC projects nationwide
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
- Assist with project scheduling, resourcing, and day-to-day site activities
- Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Provide technical input and problem-solving across live projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress, costs, and performance
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and industry standards
- Support project handovers to service/maintenance teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning
- F-Gas certification (essential)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installations
- Experience working as a senior AC/HVAC engineer or similar
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with clients and teams
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic IT proficiency (MS Office)
- Full clean driving licence
