Project Communications Lead | Dublin City/Hybrid |12 Month Assignment | €61531 - €76914 DOE | Semi-State

Your new company

As Project Communications Lead, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model; 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month assignment.

Your new role

As Project Communications Lead, your duties will include, but are not limited to, coordinating, the customer communications plan for the project; managing project engagements; coordinating development of customer-facing booklets, guides and FAQs; developing and finalising the customer communication strategy and implementation plan; managing and reporting on the performance and effectiveness of the communications plan; overseeing the final development and rollout of an online e-learn training module on the project; collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging; ensuring all communications are clear, timely, and aligned with project objectives and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with proven experience in customer communication, strategy development and project coordination. Experience working on utility, regulatory, or tariff-related projects is desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams is required.
