Your new role

As a Project Analyst within the Industry Relations Contracting team, you’ll provide vital administrative and documentation support to Contract Managers based in the US and Ireland. This 12-month fixed-term position (maternity cover) involves contract administration, audit and litigation documentation, and process coordination. The role is hybrid, with two fixed days per week in the Dublin office and the remainder working remotely.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting contract lifecycle activities and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Coordinating materials for audits and litigation.
  • Managing contract records and databases.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistency in processes.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Handling routine tasks independently and escalating complex issues as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 1–3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or contract support role.
  • Experience in contract administration or sectors such as US Healthcare, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce CLM, Adobe Sign, and redlining software.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
