What you'll be working on

In this role you'll be supporting a major IT transformation, replacing a legacy system critical to most of the business.
The role involves coordinating across teams, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality delivery, all while staying flexible and analytical in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

Who you'll be working for

Your new company is a leading provider of innovative finance solutions in Ireland, with over a decade of experience delivering cutting-edge services to the market. They are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, promoting a healthy work-life balance, and supporting individual growth through tailored learning and development programmes and clear career progression paths.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A curious and analytical mindset, with the ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable insights
  • Some hands-on experience supporting projects or working in a structured team environment
  • Confidence in using tools like Excel (including formulas/macros), and comfortable navigating platforms like Jira or Confluence
  • A flexible approach to work—able to shift gears quickly and stay focused under changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with structured project approaches (like Agile or Waterfall), but also comfortable thinking outside the box
  • A background in a technical or analytical field (e.g. engineering, maths, IT, or business)
  • Willingness to take initiative, ask the right questions, and contribute ideas to improve how things are done
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and present well-reasoned solutions when challenges arise

What you'll get in return

You will get to work in an innovative environment that produces excellent financial solutions, with a competitive salary and benefits package, with flexible and hybrid options in place.
