You’ll be in charge of finding and managing a team of freelance data analysts from around the world. Your job will include:
- Finding the right people for different projects.
- Helping new team members get started and making sure they’re supported.
- Keeping things running smoothly and improving how the work is done.
- Staying in touch with the team and making sure they’re happy and doing good work.
- Working with other departments to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
It’s a hands-on role where you’ll have a real say in how things are done.
Who you'll be working for
You’ll be working for a global tech company that helps improve AI by using real human feedback. You’ll report to the Head of Operations and work closely with teams like analytics, legal, finance, and project management.
What you'll need to succeed
To do well in this role, you should have:
- A degree in business, HR, project management, or something similar.
- At least 5 years of experience working in operations or hiring contractors.
- Experience working with remote teams in different time zones.
- Good Experience in Data and Data Analytics
- Good knowledge of tools used for data, projects, and managing people.
- Strong planning and communication skills.
- The ability to work with people from different countries and cultures.
Brownie points for :
- A project management certificate (like PMP).
- Experience with tools like SQL, Python, or Power BI.
- Another language.
- Experience helping a small programme grow into something bigger.
