Your new role

As a Production Operative, you will be working on the factory floor as part of a busy and fast-paced team. Your day-to-day duties will include operating machinery, handling materials, assembling products, and carrying out quality checks to ensure standards are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace and following all health and safety procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or labouring environment is advantageous
• Strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to work
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts or overtime when required
