Job Title: Mortgage Products – Operational Excellence Support

Role Overview
Mortgage Products supports three mortgage brands. The Operational Excellence team acts as Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) responsible for day-to-day customer and business support activities, with a strong focus on customer outcomes, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
The role sits within a team of four internal SMEs who will provide training and ongoing support to a new colleague joining the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer and internal queries across all mortgage brands
- Support rate change activities, including customer communications
- Complete repayment and rate calculations accurately
- Maintain and update mortgage-related website content
- Prepare reports and provide operational support
- Support EBS and Haven-specific procedures
- Assist with complaint handling and error resolution activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiencies
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Mortgage Products and/or supporting AIB, EBS, and Haven brands
- Familiarity with AIB systems, processes, and procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Good understanding of mortgage regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
