Your new role
We are currently seeking an experienced PMO Analyst Lead to join a high-profile regulatory transformation programme within a leading financial services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering large-scale, data-driven initiatives aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks.

You will support a critical model validation work stream within a major enterprise programme focused on implementing advanced risk and rating systems across multiple portfolios. This programme is central to enhancing data-driven decision-making and meeting regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end PMO support to a key delivery work stream, ensuring plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed
  • Track progress of validation activities and ensure any risks or delays are identified and escalated early
  • Coordinate inputs and responses across multiple teams, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment
  • Support senior stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks, and key delivery insights
  • Prepare and manage high-quality governance materials, including meeting packs, minutes, actions, and decision logs
  • Maintain and track integrated project plans, highlighting blockers and cross-programme impacts
  • Produce accurate and insightful status reports for senior management
  • Manage governance cadence, including scheduling meetings and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ensure all project artefacts meet internal quality and governance standards
  • Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials
  • Use tools such as Excel to analyse delivery performance, risks, and dependencies
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams while working independently when required


What you'll need to succeed
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a PMO / Project Analyst / PMO Lead role within financial services or large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and delivery tracking
  • Experience supporting regulatory or risk-related programmes (highly desirable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
