Your new role
You will be stepping into a Personal Assistant position supporting the Director of a private investment-focused organisation with interests across several international locations. This role blends business and personal support and requires someone who can operate with absolute discretion, sound judgement, and confidence in a fast‑moving, multi‑jurisdictional environment. You will act as the Director’s trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of professional and private commitments.
Your responsibilities
- Manage a complex diary across multiple time zones.
- Serve as gatekeeper, prioritising communications and incoming requests.
- Coordinate international travel (both commercial and private), including itineraries, logistics, and security liaison.
- Oversee administration for multiple international residences, including maintenance, utilities, insurance, security, and vehicles.
- Liaise with a Family Office on payments, approvals, and financial administration.
- Coordinate with professional advisors such as legal teams, accountants, and property specialists.
- Prepare meeting documents, briefs, minutes, and follow‑up actions.
- Manage purchases, shipment logistics, and international parcel handling.
- Organise and supervise private social events and hospitality arrangements.
- Support family‑related logistics where required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting a senior executive or working within a Family Office or similar environment.
- Exceptional discretion, maturity, and integrity.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Commercial awareness and a solutions‑driven mindset.
- High technical competency (Google Workspace, Excel, calendar systems, cloud platforms).
- A calm, self‑assured demeanour and strong interpersonal intelligence.
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours.
