Personal Assistant | Cork - Hybrid | 3 - 6 Months

Your new company

An established national organisation delivering essential energy infrastructure and services across Ireland. With a strong legacy and a forward‑looking vision, the organisation is committed to sustainability, innovation and supporting its people. You will be joining a collaborative environment that values integrity, inclusion, wellbeing and continuous development.

Your new role

You will join the Business Services function as a Personal Assistant, supporting the Chief Legal Officer, the wider CLO pillar and the Board. This is a hybrid role based in Cork.
This is a highly specialised PA position requiring significant experience working with senior executives. You will manage logistics for Board and Board Committee meetings, including the preparation, formatting and publication of sensitive and confidential materials. You will also support Board expense processing, manage attendance logs, and prepare transparent decisions.

In addition, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the CLO team, including raising purchase requisitions, managing credit card reconciliations, overseeing time and attendance processes, and supporting expenses. You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support wider business functions when required, and ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong background in high‑level Personal Assistant or administrative support, ideally gained in a fast‑paced, senior executive or C‑Suite environment. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using systems such as Oracle, My‑Work, SharePoint or Maximo being an advantage. Your professional manner, strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information will be essential, along with excellent attention to detail, initiative and a proactive mindset. You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams. Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment are key, as is the flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and structures. A commitment to continuous learning and maintaining consistently high standards of work will also be important in this role.
